1、尺码说明: Sizing
由于测量方法的差异,可能导致一些误差。建议您在挑选商品时,参考平时所穿的衣服的尺寸,并与我们的尺码指南进行对比。
Sizing between brands can sometimes differ due to differences in measurement methods. When selecting your items, please refer to and compare our size guide with the size of the clothes you usually wear.
2、色差: Colour differences
我们会尽可能努力来准确展示我们商品的属性。所有商品提供的图片均为专业摄影师拍摄,尽量与实际商品保持一致,但由于灯光、显示器色彩偏差、个人对颜色理解等的不同,导致实物可能会与照片存在一些色差,该类问题不属于质量问题,最终颜色以实际商品为准。
We do our best to accurately display all features of our products. All product pictures displayed are taken by professional photographers and aim to show as close a representation as possible of actual products. Due to differences in lighting, display colour as well as other factors, it is possible for there to be a slight difference between product photography and the actual product. Colour is deemed correct as per the actual product and the aforementioned cannot be considered quality issues.
3、清洗保养: Wash and care instructions
我们建议您在洗涤衣服前仔细阅读保养标签以及洗涤指引,按照不同的保养标签及衣服颜色的深浅分开洗涤,保养标签上的洗涤温度是允许范围内最高限度。
Before washing any items, we recommend that you carefully read the washing and care instructions on each garment’s care label. Items should be washed separately according to colour as well as wash and care instructions. The temperature stated on the care label refers to the highest limit within the allowable range.
1、订单修改: Changing your order
只要您尚未确认订单,就可在购物车里删除不需要的商品。当您点击“确认订单”后,才完成实际购买商品的操作,订单正式生成,将由商城订单系统统一自动处理,我们无法对此做出更改。订单处于“待发货”状态时,您可更改收件信息,一旦订单进入提货装配阶段,则无法进行任何更改,敬请谅解!
As long as you have not confirmed your order, you can delete any unwanted items in your shopping cart. When you click "confirm order", the purchase transaction completed. The order is formally generated and processed automatically by the mall order system. We cannot make changes to the order after this stage. When your order status shows "awaiting dispatch", you can change the delivery address and recipient’s information. Please bear in mind, once your order status shows ‘delivery scheduled, you are unable to make any changes to the order.
2、订单状态:Order Status
如需知道是否购置成功, 您可以进入"会员中心-我的订单"页面中查看订单当前的交易状态。交易状态变更为"待配货"时,就证明付款已经成功。对于未付款的订单,超过1小时系统将自动关闭交易。
To know whether your purchase was successful, you can go into the “My Orders" page within the ‘Members Centre’ tab to view the current transaction status of your orders. When the transaction status changes to "Awaiting dispatch", it means that payment has been successful. For any uncompleted transactions, the system will automatically close the transaction after more than 1 hour of inactivity.
3、订单合并:Combining your orders
如果您需要单次购买多件商品,您可以使用添加购物车后一起下单。一个订单将支付一次运费。若您已经完成您的订单,我们暂且无法为您进行合并。
If you wish to purchase several items at once, you can select the ‘add to shopping cart’ function to add multiple items to a single order. Shipping and delivery costs are applied once per order. We are temporarily unable to combine multiple single orders for you if these have already been completed.
4、取消订单:Cancelling your order
A.若您未付款,此交易将在自买家拍下之时起1小时后由系统自动关闭。

B.若您的订单已付款待配发,您可以直接登陆"会员中心"中我的订单-待发货"点击"申请退款",我们收到您的退款申请后,将会及时为您办理退款。
B. If you have already paid and the order is in the process of distribution, please log into the ‘Members Centre’, within the “My Orders – Awaiting dispatch" page click "Submit Refund". After we receive your refund request, we will handle it in due course.
C.若您的订单已寄出,此订单无法取消。待货品送达后,请您登陆"会员中心"中"我的订单"选择需退货产品点击"申请退货",退货申请审核同意后请将退货以及售后服务卡片寄出给我们,同时上传物流信息。我们收到您返回的商品后,将会及时为您办理退款。
C.If your order has entered the ‘out for delivery’ status, the order cannot be cancelled . When the goods are delivered, please log into "My order" and within “purchased products” and click "Submit refund ". Once the online request has been approved, please fill in the after-service card and send it back to us together with the products, including the relevant delivery information. After receiving your returned items and after-service card, we will promptly process your refund.
下单时您可自由选择邮寄方式,您也可选择顺丰快递发出,根据全国不同的区域,按该区域最低的顺丰单价收取,如:江浙沪地区,顺丰包裹最低单价为14元,大卫卢克也仅收取14元,超出部分,由大卫卢克承担。顺丰快递差价系统会自动核算家长下达订单时一齐支付。
When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery method. however you can also choose to send your order via SF Express. If selecting delivery with SF Express, the lowest SF Express delivery charge is applied according to the destination province or region. For example, if selecting a destination region such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, a minimum delivery charge of 14 yuan is applied. David Luke charges this 14 yuan and bears any excess cost. SF Express charges will be automatically calculated and applied when placing your order.
您购买的商品仍是原购买时的状况、并符合二次销售的条件
A. 您拟退换商品需是原购买时的状况、吊牌贴纸完整并符合二次销售的条件。具体包含以下三方面要求:
商品完好,即商品表面无划痕、无磨(破)损、无磕碰、无使用、无拆卸等痕迹;商品能够保持原有的品质、功能; 如商品配备配件或附件,相关配件和/或附件应齐全。
The products you purchased are still in their original condition and meet the conditions for resale.
A. A.The items you wish to return must be in their original condition. The hangtag and sticker must be intact and complete and meet the conditions for resale. Detailed requirements include:
The product is intact, has no surface scratches, signs of abrasion, visible damage, signs of wear or use. the product’s original quality and function are maintained. If the product is equipped with accessories or attachments, the relevant accessories and/or attachments should be intact and complete.
B.在线上渠道购买的情况下,若退回的商品不符合以上退换货要求,我司有权拒绝接受退换货申请,并需由消费者承担相关运费。
B. In the case of online purchases, if any returned product does not meet the above stated requirements for returns and exchanges, our company has the right to refuse to accept the return and exchange application. In this instance the consumer shall bear all associated delivery and/or courier costs.
C.其它不予退换货的情形:
消费者自行拆动或修理造成损坏的,或其它人为破坏的情形;
若出现由于穿着不当造成的商品损坏;
非大卫卢克销售的商品;其他法律法规规定免除质保责任的;
C.Other non-refundable situations:
-Damage caused by dismantling or repairing by consumers;
-other man-made damage
-the goods are damaged due to improper wearing;
-goods not sold by David Luke
Other laws and regulations provide for exemption from warranty.
